"Excellent location, staff were great and helpful, real fast was varied. The indoor and outdoor pools were well maintained. Room was clean as was the rest of the hotel. Very central location. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast in the morning had a lot of items to choose from. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. We would stay here again."

"Older hotel which is fine but the entry carpet should be replaced as it’s the first thing you see when you enter and it is in very rough shape Staff were nice and helpful. Room was clean but the bed was terribly uncomfortable- it was slopping into the middle and needs replacing Shower had what looked like mold in it. We did not use the pool because you need a shower cap and we didn’t want to purchase one. Location wasn’t the best. It seemed to be in the newer area vs our previous hotel being...

"Dated rooms, lack of electric plugs but comfortable bed. Reward not given even after complain to reception. Great location and view."

"One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever stayed at. The rooms were unique and spacious, the common areas were warm and comfortable, and the views were absolutely breathtaking. This was the highlight of the Azores for me. I'd come back to the Azores simply to stay at this hotel !"
