"Was not able to enjoy amenities because of the weather and early departure but the view looked lovely. The floor in our room was VERY noisy and the bathroom could do woth some updating. The shower curtain was old and discoloured and the shower faucet very basic and flew all over the place unless you held it. Had dinner at the restaurant and the food was not great. Breakfast looked good but we didn't have time to enjoy as we had a flight to catch. Staff were wonderful!"

"Booked due to our cancelled flight, was a quick checked in and very professional service. Room was clean and spacious. After a long wait for our flight back to London and then be cancelled a nice place to rest is all we needed. Thanks for the complimentary bow of fruits delivered to our room and a litre of drinking water. They also offered an airport transport which is a big bonus. "

"Pictures in the website do not truly reflect the actual condition of the place. It’s dated and in need of some basic maintenance. Doors catching on the floors, tarnished brass on door handles, musty smell, … overall appearance is tired and could do with a freshen up. Room service/cleaning only done if booked the day before (and before 6 pm) which was sneakily put through. Not what I would expect for the price charged, it should be by default!
