"Upon entering this beautiful hotel, you are greeted by all staff. They took care of the bags and met me at the room. They supplied me with two full bags of welcome snacks and drinks. That is not a typo, 2 FULL bags of snacks. It was amazing. Such a great surprise. This was the best hotel I've stayed at in Chiang Mai, and I've been to this city many times. "Had a great stay at Ratilanna, we found the hotel to be well maintained and liked the location. Rooms was spacious and comfortable. The personnel was very serviceminded and helpful. Hotel is a bit outside the city centre but a 5-10 min grabride takes you easy to and back to the city. Breakfast was very nice. A bit high price in the bar and I wish they extended their "happy hour" it was a bit limited compared to othe hotels we have stayed in. All in all a great stay"

"Fabulous place! By far the best resort if you want to stay in the heart of Old City Chiang Mai. The staff is superb and the grounds are breathtaking. The breakfast buffet was amazing with so many delicious options. The complementary afternoon tea was lovely and their outdoor bar was a great place to start the evening. "the room was spacious and very clean. i had a one-bedroom with an extra large bed. one thing that stood out was the clean sofa (as typically in hotels, they are full of stains). the bed, bedding and pillows were very comfortable. netflix in the living area and bedroom. really good AC. the water pressure in the shower was mediocre (if you have a lot of hair, it takes longer to wash). had trouble with the wifi on my last 2 days but the staff rectified it and worked okay afterwards, still cut out...
