"The location is very central and the lobby is a comfortable place to regroup. The bar and restaurant have a great vibe and the staff are all curtious , friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very comfortable. This is why I keep coming back to the Loews Regency Hotel!"

"There was a consistent loud banging on the wall in my room, sounded like doors slamming but it was coming from the shower. The room was very cheaply put together. Lights didn’t work. The staff was dismissive. When I arrived on time, they told me my room wasn’t ready, then I waited in a loud room with a man vacuuming, when I went back to the front desk, the guy wasn’t there and he never came to get me to let me know the room was ready."
