"The chateau is a unique property and has many beautiful features with lovely large gardens. The lounges were comfortable with beautuful views. I did feel that our room The Beaumaris room could have been updated as the furniture was quite.old and unattractive, the wardrobe door was broken. The bathroom was large and round and quite unique with showers on each side. There was only a small glass shelf over the sink. "Everything about the property was great. Staff, bedroom, breakfast all brilliant.
We feel we should have been warned about the scaffolding and plastic sheeting all round the front of the property, which virtually obliterated the view.
Providing a bottle of Prosecco and 20% off the our next stay is all well and good, but didn’t mitigate our disappointment, considering it was quite expensive!"
