"We paid $1700 rupees for Hyatt's air port p/u service. The driver suppose to be waiting for us with holding 'Hyatt sign' at the arrival gate. He didn't:( Instead, he texted us with his car plate number and suggested we find him among the hundreds of similar color cars at the crowded parking outside. This was very disappointing. Our room's bathroom big mirror has very noticeable multiple dirty spots. Staffs were very good courteous and polite."

"We had a great stay. Kaif who did our checkin did a great job and took us to the room and gave us a walk through. Restaurant staff were very courteous and the food was excellent. Breakfast was awesome yummy. Checkout was easy as well. Special shoutout to the team who packed our breakfast as we were leaving pretty early in the morning. Overall very positive experience.
