"My family and I stayed for four days. The villa had three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was nice. The villa was spacious with two balconies. It was clean and quiet. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water park. The food was ok. We ate at the Clubhouse and the Chophouse on grounds. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay while in Orlando you may like it here. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to get around the resort was a lifesaver."

"The cleanliness of the room was not the best. We actually had to go out & buy a mop because the floors were flithy. Also, I did not appreciate the fact that we were responsible for washing the towels and sheets prior to check out ; among other “check out rules”. If these things weren’t done, then we would be charged over $100 extra. Some things are reasonable, but what’s the purpose of charging over $200 cleaning fee if we’re the ones having to do the majority of the work (while on vacation)....

"Clean house, and plenty of space for our family.
Was a little upset that in our description it stated there was a grill and there was not. Also downside was paying for additions individually (ex: heating of the hot tub, additional fee for a grill, additional fee for the tank for the grill)"

"Problemas con la ducha del baño, se dañó y quedó encendida con agua caliente saliendo no cerraba, tardaron 4 días en atender la situación. Los números de teléfono para llamar no funcionan, nadie los atiende, la asistencia al cliente vía Email, es decepcionante, Expedia me ayudo a contactarlos pero fue imposible."

"Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. Multiple calls to get resolution but nothing. Then pool guy came the next day and skimmed it but had to add chlorine and said we couldn't use it now for 2 hours. wasn't able to enjoy pool at all due to temp, BBQ was broken,...

"Everything was literally perfect. Just as the pictures advertised. Our kids lost it when they walked in and explored the house and found the themed rooms, the theater and the pool. Pool was amazing! We opted for heat which made the stay even better having a hot tub. White rose was very responsive to our needs and had quick response time. The resort amenities were clean, the staff was friends and helped us find parking when the pool lot was full. Lazy river was a blast for the kids. Plenty of...
