The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home. The apartment suite was clean, but not the level of clean I am used to. There were stains on the throw pillows. There was an airpod (not ours) under the bed which was an indication they didn’t clean or even look under the bed before we arrived. I would give our stay 6 out of 10. The price was very reasonable. I loved all of the pools that have to offer and Starbucks on site. It’s a good place to stay for the price.

This is our 3rd time on this resort but our first time renting a home. We had some issues that were annoying but did not take away from the beauty of the home or the overall wonderfulness of the resort itself. We were satisfied, will return again and will highly recommend to others. Our annoyances: Our home was not available when we arrived, so for this reason, I dont believe the home we got was intended for us. While spotlessly clean, 2 of our 4 beds were so shaky we needed maintenance to come tightened them before a safety issue developed. We spent 4 days with a luke warm fridge and awoke 3 mornings with water running from freezer over floor. Maintenance came to repair the easy fix after we showed housekeeping and she made a call to get it checked. I'd reported the issue myself to front desk the day prior and no one showed. The downstairs shower only provided burning hot water making it impossible to use although very convienently accessible from pool. We were provided a resort credit to be used onsite for our inconvienence.

Control Freak Owner

We couldn’t control for 4 nights the temperature. First night owner decided to set temperature at his wish not letting us to adjust to our desire. Next day engineer showed up setting it up cooler but that didn’t solve the problem as House was cold all the time we wanted to control the temperature and we were not allowed as villa owner wanted to control it make our stay missersble. Not recomendable
