I booked and paid for two rooms, but when checking in, the hotel only provided one. They neither allowed me to stay in the second room nor refunded me. During my five-night stay, no one cleaned the room. Overall, the experience was extremely poor, and I will not return. The front desk staff were also very rude.

The sheets had stains. Like a lot. My daughter noticed BOOGERS wiped on the side of the bed. Half the lights didn’t work. Looked like bed bug stains behind the mattress. Little flakes of something everywhere. There were three sheriffs at the office when we came back from icon around 10pm. I took a lot of sleeping meds to sleep that night . Front desk lady doesn’t speak English well so was adding on fees beyond Expedia but not able to explain what they were for. The list goes on and on but just spend $100 more to stay somewhere else if you have to. We actually were going to eat the money and go elsewhere but due to 3 gymnastics/ dance comps going on + Valentine’s Day we couldn’t find anything under $600 at 11pm.

This facility is old and outdated and charge too much for a rundown hotel. Had to go to the different floors to find a working ice machine. Bathroom renovation of the toilet looked make shift and unprofessional.

The room was terrible, the beds had mattresses in bad condition, exposed wires, and the bed itself rattled metallic noises every time it moved. The ceramic tile floor was broken, there were exposed screws on the sink shelf, the sofa was dirty and sagging, the luggage rack was rusty, there were holes in the bathroom walls, and the bathroom light had no bulb, just a lightbulb. The location was very good, but the hotel and the room were awful. It's preferable to sleep in the car.

We prepaid for a room with a king bed. Arrived - no king beds. Half the plugs in the room did not work. The beds squeaked with every movement. There were literally no rooms available for nearly 10 miles - otherwise we would most definitely would have moved to a different hotel.

This hotel is in dire need of employees who care about cleanliness and customer satisfaction. The rooms are disgusting. The floor had dirty mop stains and felt sticky to the touch. My son and I wouldn't dare to walk barefoot on them. They have hotel fees, in addition to the room rate, which I guess is the norm, but the condition of the rooms makes you wonder what the fees are for, other than an way to extort more money from guests. There are a lot of pre-existing damages to the in-room furniture. For example, cracked tiles in the shower, missing ventilation fan in the washroom, ripped upholstery on the chair, gouges and scratches on the chest and table, etc. Worst yet, there was hair (not mine) on the floor and washroom. The sheets/towels are old and have stains (yuck) and don't look under the counters in the washroom if you don't want to blow chunks. My son's bed made loud metal noises every time he shifted. The door to the room was loose and shook on windy days and the outside noises sounded as if they were directly in the room. The hotel charges $50 to your credit card in case of damages. What a joke! How do they even know that something was damaged during your stay, when everything is already damaged? I took video of everything in the room upon entering just to make sure they didn't try to charge me for something I didn't do. In addition, the front-desk workers are not very nice/friendly. I could say more, but Expedia only allows me 1500 characters. 0 stars is accurate.

This a run down motel. Zero amenities or people to help. All the maintenance items look like DIY quick fixes that were never complete. Wall patches and caulk jobs that were never even painted. Floor were mopped with dirty mops so you had to wear shoes the entire time or you had black socks. Bed covers had burn holes in them. Box springs that squeaked so bad you could barely role over. House keeping would go behind us and turn A/C up to 75 degrees every day so the room was always hot when we got back. If you are desperate and need a place to sleep it will work but do not bring your family here.

A hotel is in very poor condition.Holes in the ceiling of the bedroom, toilet bowl in the lobby is not even bolted to the ground. Elevator is filthy ,Very poor condition. The staff that works from desk is very unfriendly. I would recommend not staying at this location.

The hotel is very outdated. The elevators and lobby need to be remodeled. Our check out was at 11am and the house keeping came knocking at 9am I opened the door and let them know we were checking out at 11am. About 10am the same housekeeping person just opened the door while we were still sleeping. The location is great but the hotel is ok.

The room was very outdated The beds were creaking The AC was very very loud In bathroom, the water was spilling everywhere. No way this is a $200 per night. It should have been at best $50.

It was clean the water was instantly hot there were no microwave and my tv only got like 5 channels luckily for one was the news and the other was BET lol stations I love. Security was on point and overall it was quiet and nice. The spring bed was different but very comfortable somewhat loud Sorry to my neighbors. This place was great for the money. A hidden gem

Place was gross, hair near tub and on sheets and bath towel. Bathroom fan didn't work. Elevator was disgusting. Floors were not swept. Over priced scumy hotel. I bet the owner doesn't even stay in his own hotel. A/C was on the Room was so cold we had to turn on the heat.

Las habitaciones estaban en mal condiciones, hongos, cerraduras, bañera sucia, techo roto, había una cucaracha y no limpian bien las habitaciones!!!!

The room had several maintenance issues! Plugs not working- sink loose- metal under bed loose- hair all over bathroom floor- toilet paper holder dirty- tv Chanel’s suck- but the view was amazing wiling to overlook issues for view
