"Initially was on the 7th floor despite requesting a higher floor at reservation. Requested to switch the next morning after a loud and restless night with sirens and all the grandeur of NYC streets. Juliana at the Front Desk was very competent and nice and arranged a lovely room balance of stay. Hotel is in great location and looks exactly like the photos. Bright and wonderful"

So questionably small and frayed that they looked as if something chewed the holes in them. Was quite shocking to see so many holes in one large king sheet. "
