"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Angsana Resort. The hotel and spa were exceptionally clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of options. Customer service was excellent and all the staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful."

"När vi anlände till rummet fanns det myror där. Personalen tog bort det dag 1 men andra dagen var myrorna tillbaka. Vi tjatade på receptionen att de skulle fixa det eller låta oss byta rum och de lovade att fixa, men gjorde det inte. Vi fick inte byta rum, ingen kompensation, ingen uppföljning om vår trivsel. Dag 4 gav vi upp.
Vårt rum hade Swim-up-pool längst till vänster i korridoren. Det gjorde att vår del av poolen var där poolpersonalen gjorde sitt underhåll, alltså: oväntat besök på vår...

"The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was a great size and was clean. It only had instant coffee in the room and my husband was disappointed with that, but not a huge deal.
Now the only real complaint was there was a sewer smell both inside the building and outside in the beach area. It came and went, so at least it wasn’t a constant. We never asked about it, but someone had mentioned that it is common. It didn’t ruin our stay, but worth noting as it is a bit off putting.
