"I went there on weekend for a family vacation. I had a excellent stay from the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel genuinely welcome with their warm hospitality and professionalism

"Overall, the service was excellent. The only downside was that the concierge was too busy to assist with our luggage or help arrange a car. Otherwise, our stay was very pleasant, with clean rooms and well-maintained facilities."

"Very nice hotel in general and amazing breakfast. We booked a room with one king size bed and a single bed but there was no bed - only a sofa. We then had to ask them to bring one in which took a while. The breakfast was delicious and had a wide variety of foods and drinks and the chef and staff catered for my gluten free and dairy free diet straight away!
I was also impressed with the facilities - a swimming pool, gym, spa, etc...
We were promised a free drink at the rooftop bar only to find...
