"Service was excellent and staff super nice, friendly and top notch! My room though was not clean. I’m not a very picky person at all when it comes to that and have never complained in my life but had some issues throughout my room that were too much to not notify them about. I personally am not staying here again just for that reason."

"The Jefferson absolutely lived up to and exceeded its stellar reputation.
From the moment we arrived, the experience was exceptional. The room was immaculate, beautifully appointed, and incredibly comfortable. What truly set this hotel apart, though, was the service. "I've stayed here twice now and had really good experiences and will stay here again in the future. My only complaint would be that the bell boys have never helped me get my bags in or out of my car, held doors for me to help with my bags, etc. In fact, I've seen them standing around while I'm struggling to get to the door of the hotel. And also I wish there was a way to get coffee and breakfast either in the lobby or back up to your room, like something grab & go."

"Beautiful property, with spa, gym, and seasonal outdoor pool. Rooftop Japanese fusion bar/restaurant and lobby bar with afternoon tea service and cafe. Didn’t get a chance to try 2nd floor breakfast but it was in a nice airy space. Room service is the same high quality as the food in the lobby. Would definitely stay again! "
