"Nothing like any Sofitel I knew in other cities and worse than few years ago when I visited here. Bed sheaths were unclean( stain on it!) and even though I took them off, they put them back again.
Will not come back here."

"I had a beautiful balcony with city and harbor views!! The room was spacious and I was able to enjoy Maximon for a delicious breakfast. The hotel bedding was plush and comfortable. The area around the hotel was a great backdrop for a safe and pleasant run by the water. It was easy to travel to other restaurants and activities like the Aquarium and inner harbor boat tours. I would definitely recommend the Four Seasons Hotel. I will definitely visit again!"

"Extremely Disappointing – Definitely Not a Five-Star Hotel
The overall quality of this hotel is shockingly poor for a property advertised as five-star. The rooms are outdated, poorly cleaned, and terribly maintained.
The noise levels are unacceptable. Housekeeping staff constantly slam doors in the hallways, creating continuous disturbances and making it nearly impossible to relax.
I find it astonishing that a hotel with such poor standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service could...
