"I loved this hotel. One of the more comfy beds I've stayed in in a hotel. Location is great. We wanted a pool but beware it's only open for free for hotel guests from 830-1130 after that it's 21+ and costs. It's not much and was a lot of fun just wasn't disclosed before we booked. The views cannot be beat honestly. The staff were all great and we really enjoyed the spa. I've stayed in a lot of nyc hotels this will probably become my go to. "

"When I booked my stay I chose the Knickerbocker for the location, I had no idea the incredible hospitality and accommodations we’d receive. My family and I were treated like VIP guests, something I haven’t experienced in other similarly priced hotels.
