"I travelled with my wife and we both enjoyed our time at Four Points. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great, with beach access right across the road in front. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great. We had a beach view and it was very nice. Many amenities were with in walking distance and getting a Grab was easy. I would book here again."

"Great location—conveniently situated between the beach and plenty of local dining options. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. However, the hotel and rooms feel quite outdated, and for the price, I expected a more modern and upgraded experience."

"I liked the location and the breakfast buffets. My only issue is how hot the air conditioning is. I had asked for the air conditioner to be adjusted with the front desk staff on the first floor but nothing was done. My sister who stayed in a different room also asked the staff TWICE to help with the cooling in her room but the staff did nothing. Every morning I was waking up in a sweat and it was a terrible start to each day. I would not recommend this hotel due to the staff's ignorance and...

"Disappointing stay – look elsewhere for better value. We recently stayed at La Siesta in Hoi An. While the accommodation was clean, the pools were cloudy every single day and completely uninviting. Worse, the pavers are incredibly slippery. My wife fell walking to a sunbed, and management offered no courtesy drinks or apology, they did bring her ice to put on her ankle though. They have anti-slip matting at the main pool, but nothing at the other two. The adult pool lacks sunbeds, and the layout...
