I had some hot water issues the first day but they eventually improved. My room itself was spacious and gorgeous - it's worth splurging for the suites or villas here. It's just unfortunate that an otherwise nice property has so many glaring issues."

The staff also could not do enough for me: Vy at breakfast and in particular Yen who (after me telling her about my peanut allergy) could not have been more accommodating showing me exactly what I could and couldn’t eat and even sourcing some alternative oil for me! I ended up extending my stay and will hopefully return"
