I stayed during New Year’s Eve, and despite the hotel being extremely busy, the staff continued to deliver a high level of customer service. Extra kudos to the team for managing guests from all over the world with professionalism and warmth. My only critique was during check-in: the young lady assisting me seemed confused by my ID...
