"This is the best hotel I've ever stayed in. It had everything I needed and more. Open your balcony and you have amazing mountainous views. "The property charged like 5 stars, but our glamp from inside was in poor condition, curtains rails were ripped, the sofa chair was broken so when i sat on it i fell down. The quality of bedding was poor quality, overall i did not like the property condition compared to what they charged me. The staff however was very courteous. "

"We had a very pleasant two-night stay at Basqal Resort. The staff were exceptionally hospitable, friendly, and always willing to help, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The hotel’s spa is excellent, with high-quality facilities and professional, attentive staff. The gym and swimming pool are also fantastic, offering stunning views that make the experience even more enjoyable. Breakfast exceeded our expectations. The selection was incredibly generous, with a wide variety of options, and everything we tried was genuinely delicious. The only improvement I would suggest is regarding the smoking policy in the game room. The room had a strong smell of cigarette smoke, and it was noticeable even in the lobby. In line with local legislation, smoking should not be permitted in enclosed public spaces. While I understand that some restaurants in Azerbaijan may still allow indoor smoking, it was disappointing to see this in a luxury five-star hotel. A smoke-free indoor environment would better reflect the high standards that the resort aims to provide. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would gladly recommend Basqal Resort for its outstanding service, excellent facilities, and relaxing atmosphere."

"Overall, my stay at the hotel was very good and I was satisfied with the service. The staff was friendly and everything was well organized. However, there were a couple of issues that I would like to mention. The Wi-Fi connection in the room was very weak, which made it difficult to use the internet properly. Additionally, I was not allowed to use the refrigerator in the room, which was quite inconvenient and unexpected. Aside from these points, everything else was great. Thank you for your service."
