"This was my first stay at an Intercontinental hotel, needless to say I will definitely be returning. From the beginning of my arrival to the check out, I was treated like a king by all the staff. I didnt have to lift a finger getting my luggage from my cab to my room or my room to the airport. Check in was seamless. "Our room was lovely with a clear view of Mt Fuji. The bathtub was deep, the executive lounge was inviting and had lattes and matcha and snacks. The breakfast wasn’t as good as the other 3 hotels we stayed in, but it was solid. Shibuya is a pretty overwhelming place, but overall we liked being so close to the station."

"I stayed at Peninsula with my 2,5 year old kid. Peninsula gave me a very complete baby amenities from bath equipments to stroller. This gives me an easy stay. The area surrounding the hotel was also excellent. The Hibiya Subway Station has exit direct to the hotel and the closest JR station which is Yurakucho station is only walking distance. It is very near with Tokyo Station also if you need to take Shinkansen."
