"For an IHG hotel, it is very disappointing. It looks nice from outside, but the more you look, the worse it got. The one lasting impression from our 2 night stay is how dirty this room was - 100% not being cleaned or maintained properly. Other than the amount of dust in the room and bathroom, the bathroom shower had lots of black mould in the white grout, hair on the floor and there was blood and crud on the shower head.
