"Our stay was highlighted by breathtaking views of the Taj, beautifully decorated and spacious rooms, and an outstanding staff. From the front desk to room service and the kitchen team, the service was truly excellent and always helpful.
The only downside was the dining. While the breakfast buffet offered a great selection, lunch and dinner fell short of expectations—especially considering the Michelin-star price tag"

"At first glance, this place is amazing but slowly things start to crumble as you spend more time here. My booking through Expedia did not make it to the hotel so it was a task to get the room but the staff handled it quite well.
The things that did not go well were the hotel common space and the bar area. Out of the 3 days we were there, the common areas were completely unusable for 2 of the days. There were hundreds of people crowded in the little space that is the common area and not only was...

"The A/C was terrible last night. When I woke up around 5 AM, I was sweating. I asked my wife and she said she experienced the same thing. My daughter, who was in the next room, told me the same. It was too late to call the staff because we needed to pack our bags for checkout and go to breakfast."
