"This hotel is in an okay location - prepare to walk a bit to get to the main part of Copenhagen with shopping and food. I didn’t like that no one is there to meet you to help with luggage - you have to either take the elevator up or the escalator which was a pain with all my luggage. They also tried to charge us to bring ice up to the room - that was ridiculous. The roof is nice but closes fairly early (one night we were there it closed at 11, another day 10). "Everything was as you would hope and expect. The location on the water is delightful. Food and service were great. It was difficult getting a taxis as there was a lot of confusion between, hired cars and taxi’s with no one from the hotel “directing traffic” but otherwise no complaints"

"Lina was wonderful! Very professional. She saw I was exhausted from travelling. We had to sight see a bit because the rooms weren’t ready because we arrived at the hotel about 8:25 am. I came back into Lobby around 11:30 to rest and wait for our room. When I walked in she said Maria your room is ready and the bags are in the room. I wanted to cry with joy!! I loved the Hotel and Location."

"We had an absolutely exceptional experience at Park Lane hotel in Copenhagen. Everything was perfect from start to finish: the welcome, the ambiance, the location, the impeccable hospitality, the incredible quality of the services and the yummy breakfast food.
