"To set expectations, this is not a 5 star hotel by today’s standards. I’m sure it was 5 star 15 years ago, but this is a dated property in desperate need of updating to live up to the 5* tag they claim. The beach had sewer smells, the gym was a token gesture to dated fitness equipment with no aircon. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was a welcome surprise. "Very nice hotel nicest one I've ever stayed in. Definitely go all inclusive. The food was great. Good variety. It's nice to have two swimming pools. One more chilled than the other. Rooms very clean and modern bus stop right outside. Couldn't recommend enough. One negative comment. The spa sauna should be included after a treatment. It was very expensive for only half an hour so we didn't do it."
