"The grounds were decent. Stayed in the Cliffs room and the room was nice but very plain and sterile. The biggest issue we had was with the staff. While they constantly asked “is there anything we can do?” It seemed like our simple asks were very difficult for them. My wife wanted hot water for tea. They of course suggested using the in room coffee maker. But that left the water tasting like coffee. So she called the concierge, and asked for hot water, honey and Splenda.
