"The Langham properties have become a go to for us and it’s because of the service delivery standards experienced at the London, Pasadena and NYC properties. Our 4 night stay was a busy one as our December 31st arrival meant we had to be quick at checking in time to head out for our dinner plans. Staff has always been exceptionally professional and went so far as to be recognized by two staff members from our previous stay. "The view was amazing we got the Balcony Gotham room, while we didn't use it very much because it was too cold, it had an incredible view of the entire city and water. There are chairs out there too. The room was clean and the bathroom had le labo soap that smelled amazing. The rooftop bar is super impressive and classy as is the downstairs bar. It's not in the most convenient area to get around by subway but still worth it, I'd stay here again. "

"Although we did not receive any VIP services. We really like this hotel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Our room the first night was very noisy. We could hear the street noise even though we were on 11th floor. They switched us with no issues and th second night was much more peaceful. Also the layout of the second room was much better. So just FYI room layouts seem to vary. "
