"The hotel was fabulous. Terrific staff. We paid extra for a view of the Charles Bridge and Prague Castle however being only on the second floor and the trees in bloom that upgrade was pointless. I had two major complaints. One was the breakfast and the other was the pick up driver service the hotel website recommends. 1st, the wait staff was great but the food being served in the chaffing dishes was cold. Almost like it they had been forgotten to be turned on. The one morning the scrambled eggs...

"Room was dark and dingy we had a deluxe suite. Holes in the wall tiles falling out in bathroom. First night got a call at 1030 pm as our luggage was delayed and delivered no assistance given until young man at front desk saw me dragging luggage up the stairs elevator was up a flight of stairs. Breakfast was in a small cramped space. This was definitely not 5 star. They had no top layer sheets but comforters; room went from 17c to 22 Celsius. We were advised it was centrally controlled not sure...

"Very nice property with excellent staff. Had one of the larger suites, overlooking the square - a very nice room and bathroom - a really good experience. Included breakfast was also excellent - gets you going for the day. The hotel is very close to keys sites of interest - the old city square, Smetana Hall, Charles Bridge, Dali/Muncha/Warlhol museum to name but a few. Prague, the old city and its architecture, art, music, and history - are all easily accessible to explore as a walking...
