"The hotel is located in a strategic location, easy to get out of in any direction, the area itself is excellent and there is no shortage of restaurants, quality cafes, currency exchange.
The hotel seems to be regularly maintained and has always been very clean, the staff are very nice and always smiling.
The breakfasts have always been at the same good level, only a small comment I will allow myself to comment on, they do not have hot natural milk and everything is through machines in my opinion...

"We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Although it's located in a slightly run-down area, the hotel itself was spotless, well-maintained, and very welcoming. We were in Albania for a few days and really enjoyed our stay here. They also have underground parking so ideal for travellers who hire a car! I would definitely recommend it!"

"Property need a lot of renovations, outdated. Staff not so helpful. Booked room with city view and got no view at all, had to go downstairs and speak with manager about room.first they say we are fully booked and don’t have any room, after I said I need refunds or going to check out tonight. They all of the sudden had a room available, didn’t understand this game. Not booking again there."

"I had a wonderful stay at Meliá Durrës. The rooms were spacious, modern, and spotless, and the cleanliness across the whole resort was outstanding. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout, and the pools were beautiful and well maintained. The beach was peaceful and perfect for a relaxing holiday.
