"I was extremely disappointed with my stay at this 5-star hotel. On the third night, I found a very cockroach in my room, which is absolutely unacceptable for a property of this standard. I reported the issue to the front desk, but since the hotel was fully booked, the room change was only arranged the next day. "Luxury accommodations at a reasonable price. Staff and service is welcoming and professional. Rooms have all the amenities you could need: like a mini apartment. The lady who did turn down service brought chocolates and other surprise treats. She was wonderful and kind after my long travels. Beautiful view of the city and a safe, well guarded building. I treasured my stay here and can’t wait to stay again! "
