"I had to cancel a non refundable room that I booked through Expedia and appealed thought Expedia to the hotel. The hotel responded to me via Expedia as in Dear Mikki... The Chatwal is a hotel that I stay at every year AND I am a Hyatt loyalty member. The hotel wrote back offering me the courtesy of a change of date or 10k points. I called to change the date and they would not honor their email offer. The hotel would not return my calls, Hyatt did not help either. A wasted day, a horrible...
