"I think the building is quite old. Overall the hotel is quite old, the elevator, the carpet, etc give an uncomfortable feeling. I think this is quite personal taste, I personally like the bright room."

"A clean professional hotel. The down side is that it is very expensive and whilst the staff are very professional, they could not be described as warm and friendly. But maybe that could be said for New York service generally.

"The location was perfect. Close to the 6, plenty of restaurants in the neighborhood.
We stayed in the two bedroom suite and was plenty of space for everyone.
We had everything we needed in the kitchen.
It was quiet and beds were comfortable.
The staff were so friendly and nice. We will definitely stay again when back in NYC."
