"Very rude staff. I want to highlight an incident. The sensors at the entrance gate is ideally supposed to be automated and sensor should be working. As my mother (aged 75+ yrs) were walking from the entrance towards the lobby, the sensor failed working and the entire glass door dashed against my mother's shoulder and she well on her back. When i reviewed this myself by standing close to the door (2 inch approx) to my surprise the door the sensors again did not work and the door closed on me...
