"For the cost of the hotel, we were pretty disappointed. We expected better service throughout the weekend
I had called 3x to confirm that a crib will be in our room upon our arrival as we were going to be there close to our son’s bedtime. "I think it did the job but having to pay for valet parking and staying over Memorial Day Weekend pushed it to a price point it didnt really deserve.
Location is perfect and the main reason to stay there. Staff was great and facilities are pretty good. We used the gym which was small, but had everything one usually needs.

"Hotel was beautiful! Location was prime. Weather was pouring rain for our stay so not great. Meredith the Concierge worked wonders getting us a reservation to our top pick for restaurants 22 Bowen. It did not disappoint! We used the hotel’s large gym before an amazing dinner. Free WiFi required a bonvoy membership (which is free) but slightly annoying."

"The rooms are dated. The floor by the window was bubbled up, like from water damage or something. No towels in the room, no toiletries other than two bars of soap. Air conditioning was dusty. Staff was a bit short when I walked in a little early to ask about early check in. Barely looked up and just said “check in is at 3” and that was it.

"I liked that it was basically a one bedroom apt. Clean, super convenient to everything. Didn’t live that window in bedroom didn’t open. Light over sink flickered consistently- so we turned it off.
It was a little noisy due to location but that wa ok- I bring ear plugs. Staff was great and view from observation deck of sunset amazing !"
