"Keswan and the team here were not helpful at all in my booking.
Highly recommend avoiding the headache of staying here. Refused to help me in altering my booking at all, even though I contacted them 5 minutes after making my booking (which was two weeks out...)
Very unprofessional resort. Will not be coming back.

"This is a fabulous old style hotel brought up to date in a really good location for Ortigia. The rooftop restaurant and terrace have a beautiful view and breakfast has a very large choice and is very good. The staff are extremely attentive and all seem to have the freedom to chat to guests like human beings and not "5 star robots". A welcome change."

"We needed a hotel close to the CTA airport and Palazzo Sangiorgio is exactly that, about 15 minutes away. It's not in a glamorous location and the hotel is not at a luxury level, but it's clean, well managed, peaceful and quiet. Everything in our room worked perfectly and we were easily able to park to unload our luggage, drive to the airport to drop of our bags and return so we would not need to stress returning the car before an early morning flight. "This was one of our favourite stops on our tour around Sicily. After spending so much time in the cities, it was wonderful to relax in the peaceful countryside. The property itself was beautiful, full of character, and felt very authentic. There was ample parking.
