"We returned to the Phuket Marriot for the second time. It was just as good as the first. Amazing facilities and friendly staff. Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was very comfortable and the cleaning staff were excellent. It would have been nice to know in advance that there was a large corporate event planned for the week. The closure of certain parts of the resort including restaurants and certain areas was a little annoying."

"I arrived at the hotel at midnight. No one helped with the luggages or was at the door to greet me upon entering. The way Stephen handled the check-in process was really bad, never have I experienced such a bad and rushed check-in process. I was given a room on the 4th floor, the bed had woodticks and insects on it, I asked to have it changed but the new bedding also had it.
