"This is my second time at the hotel and it was another great experience. The rooms are spacious and well appointed. The housekeeping staff are excellent. The reception and door staff very friendly and helpful. It took a long time to check in which was annoying but they were very busy. My one criticism is the life guards at the pool- the vast majority of them sit looking at their phones and don’t look at what is going on in the pool. Why have a lifeguard who is allowed to be on their phone at work?"
