"There was a very nice secluded view of New York on the 44th floor, overall the area in view and feeling of the hotel was amazing. However, the water was expensive in the common area. The cookie given at the beginning of our state was hard."

"Need to renovation, the wall to thin you can hear your next door activity loudly. Room very dusty, bathroom exhoust very noisy. "

"The staff was excellent and helped with any needs. Rooms were very nice and clean."

"The room and overall stay was good. The bartender GiGi was awesome as well. We received the room directly in front of the elevator. It got loud at times. However, the only inconvenience is there is no onsite parking if you’re renting or driving. The parking they provided closed early so we were unable to park. Also, there is no on street parking nearby as told by the receptionist at the front desk."

"The first 2 days the housekeeper came at 9 am which is 6 am our time and we were sleeping. I asked her to come back in an hour and she never did. The next 2 days she came the room was barely cleaned. I liked the decor but the speckled mirror wasn’t ideal as we wanted a useful Mirror and the glass door to the bathroom let in light when someone was sleeping and someone else wanted to use the bathroom. The guys at the desk were very friendly and helped us when we were leaving."

"Central for attractions I needed to see. Room was great size with a kitchenette. Staff were prompt when air con wasn’t working properly. Also appreciated window that opened."

"The hotel was in an excellent location with subways near by taking you all around Manhattan. Brooklyn bridge was a 10 minute walk and the 9/11 memorial , Wall Street was a 5 minute walk.This was my second visit to New York and found this hotel and location far better than staying in Times Square."

"It was a pleasant stay. The room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable. We got a little bit of the water view, that’s a good surprise. And we arrived a little early, was going to leave the luggage at the front desk but they were able to check us in. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Location is perfect to me, will definitely come back!"
