"The breakfast buffet was outstanding! Staff were very helpful and kind and rooms were cleaned daily. The Westin is in a great location by the old town but in a neighborhood with a supermarket nearby and next to the big park. Everything is walkable, but the bus network is great! I highly recommend."

"Beautiful hotel! The staff were incredibly sweet and helpful, the location was fantastic, and the property has such a unique charm. The only minor downside was that the shower floor was quite slippery, so it’s something to be mindful of. Overall, we had a wonderful stay."

We booked one of the hotel’s top suites for our wedding day so my wife could get ready there. The property itself is stunning, but the service was incredibly disappointing.
The day before our wedding, I arranged a surprise bouquet for my wife. Despite having a confirmed reservation, reception claimed I wasn’t a guest and sent the flowers to the wrong hotel, completely ruining the surprise.

"The hotel overall is really nice and overall the staff too. The only reason why I give it four stars is because of the following reasons. Other than that I do recommend staying here 2-3 day max.
1) the hotel is relatively new so when I visited in March it looked like they were still trying to figure out some things.
2) we visited right before the carnival and when the Fallas started. The hotel is located in a nice city Center area, which means that you could hear the noon and midnight...
