"Sehr schönes Hotel, zentral, aber ruhig gelegen. Das Frühstück war sehr gut. Wir hatten ein Dreibettzimmer, kein Schlafsofa , wo jeder von uns ein gutes Bett hatte. Ab Flughafen sehr schnell ereichbar durch Bus 100 und Metro gelb. "

"Fantastic hotel! The staff were welcoming and accommodating from the moment we booked. They met all our requests. The rooms were narrow, but big, with a comfortable bed (probably the best night's sleep I have had in any hotel). Great amenities. The breakfast was great with lots of options. Fantastic location. I honestly couldn't fault this hotel at all and would love to stay again."

"My sister and I stayed in this hotel in January 2026. The hotel was big and clean. However, the room was outdated, there were not enough outlets in the room, the shower door only went halfway and caused a mess whenever I took a shower. This is the first time I’ve stayed at a hotel where I had to pay to use the pool even though I was a guest at the hotel. The staff at the front desk and restaurants were nice."

"The Chef de Cuisine (Libor K.) at the hotel restaurant “Zem” is outstanding and offers creative and healthy cuisine for hotel patrons. Loved the food and the staff were friendly and helpful. Excellent experience at the Hyatt hotel—very luxurious setting and ambiance. "
