"After a disappointing start we enjoyed our stay. Like others have stated we asked for an early check in they just refused saying the hotel was fully booked. "Room modern and well designed. We arrived late in the afternoon (well past the check in time) and had to wait our room for almost an hour (to make sure that was “ready ready”). On the contrary, no late check in available for us the following day. When in the main pool, we had to ask for towels and water multiple times before the service provided."
