"Very disappointing stay. The front desk provided poor customer service and was unhelpful when I needed assistance. I paid for a quality experience but did not receive the service I expected. The room did not meet expectations, and the pool was very small. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had."

"Everything was wonderful and especially liked Suzanne at the front desk, very friendly and professional. Matter a fact I thought she was the manager and turns out she is not. She should be. Everyone was delightful, the food and cocktails were delicious. Loved everything about it. Will definitely be back."
