"My family and I stayed for four days. The villa had three bedrooms and three bathrooms which was nice. The villa was spacious with two balconies. It was clean and quiet. My children thoroughly enjoyed the pool and water park. The food was ok. We ate at the Clubhouse and the Chophouse on grounds. If you are looking for a nice, quiet place to stay while in Orlando you may like it here. The staff was very nice and the shuttle to get around the resort was a lifesaver."

"Ivan at checkin was wonderful but the house had issues from the start. the entire pool deck wasn't cleaned, goggles floating in hot tub, crushed fruity pebbles, cigar and cigarettes butts on the ground and previous renters left heat on in spa/pool so pool was 103 degrees. "The staff were very courteous and friendly. When we arrived, the air was broken. I called and they came to fix it the same day. The washer would work off and on. I couldn’t wash a full load. I called about that. No one ever came to fix that. I didn’t complain. I just decided to wash all of my clothes when I got back home.
