"Expected a much cleaner room, and higher quality service. Tub needs a complete remodel for such a hotel. Shower and tub quality was a 3-star quality! Room was not properly cleaned. Literally were charged for internet access, cheap notes on bathroom they if you take the soaps we will charge you $65! Will never go back."

"Mid stay"

"Edificio hermoso, atención impecable."

Little atmosphere as the hotel was v quiet. Offered an upgrade but it wasn't made clear it wasn't free. So we paid at checkout but we got given a room overlooking engineering works that started at 5 am! We also frequently heard people in adjoining rooms. Room decor v dull and cold. Bed uncomfortable."

I find it astonishing that a hotel with such poor standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and service could...

"Very friendly staff, clean room and great on-site restaurant."

"My husband and I stayed here on a “staycation” for our anniversary weekend. The location was excellent, our room category was great, and the bathroom was luxurious. We will absolutely stay here again!"
