"Exceptional hotel. Very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. My double queen room looked recently remodeled. Was upsold to a bigger room with a view of the Sphere. Very cool. Only complaint was being charged $20 for parking on top of the $55 resort fee. Seems like a lot to add to an already premium hotel! Would definitely stay again, nonetheless."

"The property is beautiful but the service falls short every time. We checked in and our room was not available. Instead of upgraing us into a better room they gave us a samller room. The person at the front desk offered a credit that was never applied to the final bill. The next day I aproached the front desk to request a room change and the person in charge sent me to do a 45 min line to get served. I explained the situation and the guy just ignored me and said "it is what it is". Upper management needs to train their staff to match at least the service I get in a Mcdonalds. We all left this place with a bad taste in our mouths. I have emailed the front desk manager CALEB BUICK and still haven't received a reponse or my final bill. Horrible customer service. "
