"Very friendly, smiley welcome out front from Javier - not to mention great help pulling up in front of the hotel so i could valet (he stopped traffic!) - and a warm welcome from Victor at the front desk. Also my bags were very, very promptly brought upstairs which I appreciate as I was in a rush to go meet clients! "

"We had a great stay overall — excellent location, very comfortable and spacious room, and attentive service throughout. The room size in particular stood out and made the stay feel relaxed rather than cramped.
The only minor observation (and truly a small one) is that some in-room design elements feel a bit dated. For example, the bathroom TV was quite small and mounted on a bracket that felt oversized for it. I can imagine this being a great feature years ago, but today it felt more like a...
