"Very friendly, smiley welcome out front from Javier - not to mention great help pulling up in front of the hotel so i could valet (he stopped traffic!) - and a warm welcome from Victor at the front desk. Also my bags were very, very promptly brought upstairs which I appreciate as I was in a rush to go meet clients! "

"This was a really pleasant experience in the heart of a very busy, dirty city. I mostly appreciated the attentiveness of the staff, including the bellman and the breakfast team. I would stay here again. I just hate being on top floors, so I would probably stay lower :-)"

"The staff were incredibly nice, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay, which really made the experience even better. The hotel itself is beautiful, and the room was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. One of the highlights was the amazing view of Times Square, which made the stay feel extra special. Overall, everything exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great stay in the city."

"I think the building is quite old. Overall the hotel is quite old, the elevator, the carpet, etc give an uncomfortable feeling. I think this is quite personal taste, I personally like the bright room."
