"Disappointing and Uncomfortable Stay – Serious Hygiene Issues
I stayed at this hotel for a very short overnight trip, arriving around 7:00 PM and departing at 5:00 AM. Since it was a brief stay, all I was looking for was a clean, comfortable room where I could relax and get some rest.
On arrival, the lobby felt pleasant and the reception staff were polite. I requested a nice room, mentioning it was a short stay, and was told I would be upgraded to a suite, which initially sounded thoughtful....

"Everything was absolutely awesome. They left a tent in the room for our kids and a couple of stuffies for them. The service was incredible across the board and they were attentive to everything we needed and asked for. Really above and beyond. We will definitely be staying in the future."
