"Breakfast was lovely as were the staff. The outside pools aren’t heated so are not usable in October. I booked a massage in m the spa and it was"

"This is a new hotel and there is still a lot for them to smooth over before they can live up to the 5 star rating. We had issues daily and although the staff were very nice and polite, it did feel like most of our complaints were met with a smile, but then dismissed. Guest relations did upgrade our room to the best suite for all our troubles, but unfortunately, even in that suite the pool was still too cold to use and the jets in the jacuzzi bath were not working. "Great"

"Great location. Amazing staff. Great facilities from the pool on the roof, the bars, the restaurants, the Spa and pool downstairs, the friendliness and professionalism of the staff. My 2nd stay and I can say I will be back."

"Everything was superb!"

"Everything was fantastic Except we where facing a white wall just a few feet away The positive is that the room was extremely quiet and we where able to keep the windows open"

"Incredibly helpful team"

"Rooms are very spacious and clean. Beautiful Spa and breakfast was really good. I would 100% recommend staying here."

"Very friendly check in and reception. Bed very comfortable. Breakfast from great look out point. Set right in the ancient city which is great but made parking a challenge (park in free city lots/street). Breakfast was a slight let down for this price point. Service could be slow, forgetting items. Overall concept rather fussy with lots of served small items rather than choice/buffet. Also it grates to have paid a significant B&B rate only to be charged top up amounts for cooked items like eggs...
