"Fabulous room with river view on the 22nd floor with the Horizon club package. Highly recommend as for not a lot of extra money you get complimentary breakfast, afternoon tea with snacks and early evening drinks & canapés included each day. Great choices of food & drinks for all sessions. Quality of the room, bed, fixtures and fittings throughout the hotel all superb like brand new. Stunning views side of river. Great restaurants including Italian, Thai & Chinese. Complimentary shuttle ferry...

"Excellent hotel, near public transport and connected to a mall. Best breakfast buffet I;ve ever had, enormous choice and good quality. Dinner buffet als a very good deal, bit more expensive than at the mall next door, but much better quality and choice."

"It was my 3rd time staying at Kimpton Maa-Lai. As it always has been, Kimpton Maa-Lai was a perfect place to spend my holiday. Staffs were amazing! Unfortunately I don’t remeber their names but I was happy to see the familiar faces again. They are the best! They do know what they are doning and they are looking forward ti find a better way ti satisfy their customers and they do seem like they are enjoying what they are doing.
