"We had a spectacular stay! The service was truly first-class, and every member of the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The restaurant servers were excellent, and the live music during lunch was one of the highlights of our stay.
Everything was spotless, and we were made to feel especially welcome while celebrating our anniversary. All of our special requests were handled perfectly, which made the experience even more memorable.
We would definitely stay here again the next time...

"in Expedia it said the breakfast is available (in my search include breakfast) and this hotel showed one of 3 other options, but I found out after I paid no breakfast included I would need to pay money for room service, i was very disappointed and that was one of the reasons I chose this hotel no any other one in downtown Chicago.
the bathroom smelled urine even after it was cleaned. The shower room hand no place to place anything or hold on to anything.
too much money for not best service"
