"A really lovely hotel with friendly and caring staff. A water leak outside and into our rooms was a bit of a disappointment but the staff were excellent in dealing with the situation. Hotel overall great but decor definitely dated and sockets etc, whilst uk compatible, had no usb access etc. Restaurants generally brilliant but easy enough to go outside the complex if not to your liking. Would recommend and hope to be able to stay again. NB Malta as an island is not a cheap place to holiday....

"A wonderful hotel in walking distance of restaurants and shops in the beautiful Valetta - that's if you want to leave the hotel, with it's lovely outdoor pool, sweet little beach, choice of restaurants, gym and indoor pool and spa! Would thoroughly recommend. "

"The hotel is fancy. Upon arrival I was greeted and given complimentary beverages between alcoholic and non-alcoholic (tasty cola made in Malta) and I had a sit in the large ornate lobby. My flight arrived early and my hotel check in was much later, so the reception staff kindly offered to store my bags and discussed all their facilities and services offered including the hotel restaurant’s various dining theme nights, spa and their upstairs pool bar. "We enjoyed our day at this hotel. It was our first time to Malta and it was reasonably central to everything we wanted to do. It is rather noisy depending on where your room is of a night with lots of activity occurring underneath in the streets below by a younger generation. having said this, it did not deter from our holiday. Excellent customer service and breakfast inclusion was a bonus. Also, airport bus stops out the front across the road."

"We really enjoyed out 5 nights stay. The room was spacious and well finished. The pool area is beautiful. The food is amazing and the staffs were nice and helpful. The only thing I would suggest needs looking into is the slight off smell in the bathroom."
