"Check in easy and polite, live piano in the lobby bar on Tues Thurs Sunday 8-11 pm, robes and complimentary bottle of red were a nice touch in our junior suite, balconies great with awesome view is the bay, and outlets were universal taking American, European, and UK charge types and maybe Australian and Asian too. Overall great spot would highly recommend."

"Staff came across quite unwelcoming and the room wasn’t the cleanest. Although we didn’t pay for a balcony, we didn’t expect to be underground with a tiny window. Room was next door to the Breakfast room so lots of noise and disturbance early in the morning. There was construction that we were not aware of that was also very loud. Shower didn’t have a fan so the whole room filled with steam even with the window open. Overall a nice hotel with lots of potential, in a really good location, but...

"Great hotel, clean and friendly helpful staff. The disability amenities could be improved, the ramps are quite steep but the staff are always happy to assist. I found the shower difficult to access with a wheelchair. Excellent restaurant, great food. Overall I would recommend highly."

"We loved the hotel - it was a short walk from Valetta proper, and we loved being in a residential neighborhood instead of a touristy one. The room was spacious and inviting, and suited us well for a four-night stay. The staff was terrific. (One note to owner: PLEASE update the lighting in the bathroom!)"

"The entrance to the hotel is lovely. The rooms are standard. Lack of plugs, usb charging in the telephones which took overnight to charge my phone. Soundproofing wasn't the best either, needed a room change as was woken up at 7am but a constant banging for above our room. Staff was lovely. "The mattresses were too soft, had a hard time getting a good night sleep. A/C wasn't operating. The hotel switches it on and off depending on the season. "Winter" in Malta is still warm enough to not consider sleeping with A/C farfetched."
